What this service does

Video Generator (a working title — the product's final name has not yet been decided) helps you generate AI video content and publish it to a YouTube channel that you own or are authorized to manage, subject to your review and explicit approval of each video before it is uploaded.

Your account and your channel

By connecting a YouTube channel, you confirm that you are authorized to manage that channel — as its owner, or as an authorized manager of a Brand Account. You are solely responsible for all content published under your channel through this service, including its compliance with YouTube's Community Guidelines, YouTube's Terms of Service, YouTube's monetization policies, and applicable law.

Every upload requires your approval

No video is generated and published unattended. A publication is created in a draft state and is uploaded only after you take a deliberate, explicit action in the app to approve that specific video — one approval authorizes exactly one upload. A scheduled publish time may only be set for a video you have already approved; approval always comes first, never the schedule.

Publishing limits, and why they exist

Each connected channel is limited to 2 approved publications per day. This limit exists to protect your channel: YouTube's Spam, deceptive practices and scams policy treats automated tools that churn out high volumes of similar content as a policy violation that can result in a Community Guidelines strike, and three strikes within 90 days terminates a channel. This ceiling is enforced in the product and cannot be raised from within it; raising it is a deliberate decision reserved for the service owner.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this service to produce or publish content that violates YouTube's Community Guidelines, YouTube's Terms of Service, YouTube's Spam policy, YouTube's channel monetization policies, or applicable law — including content that is deceptive, infringing, or that misrepresents its AI-generated nature. Every video this service uploads is disclosed to YouTube as synthetic media by default, and you agree not to attempt to disable or evade that disclosure.

Disclaimers

This service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that content you publish will avoid enforcement action by YouTube, that YouTube's APIs or policies will not change, or that your channel will not be restricted, demonetized, or terminated as a result of content you chose to publish. You remain responsible for the outcomes of publishing to your own channel.

Termination

You may disconnect your channel and stop using this service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, violate YouTube's own policies, or if suspension is required for us to remain compliant with the YouTube API Services Developer Policies.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
